I finally had the opportunity to sit down and write to you and Shayne and tell you how very happy we are with our new home that you helped us design and built for us. We are so very thrilled with the end result and candidly, the whole process. We have had a lot of visitors over the past four (4) weeks and everyone has been so impressed with the end result. We never ever believed that this home would have turned out in such fine detail. Everything is beautiful and the service we received throughout the whole process was exceptional. AJ built our dream house. My wife loves it so much that she invites complete strangers to “come see my house”. AJ is very conscientious about building a quality home, and building what you want. They will go the extra mile for you. We have everything that we always wanted in a home in an open and inviting floor plan.

Regarding Anderson Jenkins Builders, I must say all of my comments about them are GOOD and that there is NO “bad” or “ugly”.

My husband and I have built three custom homes during the last several years and none of the custom builders has compared to the excellence in service and end-result like Anderson Jenkins Builders (AJ)…no kidding.

We began our experience with AJ with previewing a model home in New Braunfels and we were immediately captivated by not only the beauty and appeal of the home but also by the obvious solid and admirable construction of the home.

After we decided on using AJ to build our home here in Wimberley, we spent many hours with Terri who patiently and expertly assisted us with the architectural design of our home. Her design experience was invaluable in helping us achieve our dream home design.

Later, we worked with the wonderful Amy Brooks who spent many days assisting us with various selections (paint, cabinets, flooring, lighting, granite etc.) Amy was simply the consummate professional who always had time for my questions and whose schedule was always available for viewings of necessary materials. She worked patiently and tirelessly to make certain that we were not only happy with our selections but also to be sure our selections were aesthetically appealing in our new home. She is truly an invaluable asset to AJ.

Shayne and Jeff were a perfect construction team: they worked in strict coordination to make sure construction time schedules, permit processing, and subcontractor assignments were all done within required time limits and done with the excellence of workmanship that characterizes Anderson Jenkins Builders.

Both of them were easily accessible by phone and most importantly: when an unexpected challenge arose during the construction process both of them were very quick to provide a reasonable and satisfactory solution. In short: Shayne and Jeff are experienced, skillful, professional, accountable, trustworthy, honorable and reliable!! We trusted them with the construction our dream home and we were not disappointed, not even for an instance. Consequently, our experience demands a glowing, raving, and sincere recommendation for Anderson-Jenkins Signature Homes.
